BENJAMIN (Gentle Ben)'s Story...
Gentle BEN was a rescue from a horrible situation. He was malnourished, had some open wounds, rain rott, and sores on his face from where the halter had embedded into his skin. With the help of ANIMAL RESCUE FAMILIES, Ben has been vetted, and is well on his way to better health.
Gentle BEN was a rescue from a horrible situation. He was malnourished, had some open wounds, rain rott, and sores on his face from where the halter had embedded into his skin. With the help of ANIMAL RESCUE FAMILIES, Ben has been vetted, and is well on his way to better health.
He is a gentle old soul that would like to spend the remainder of his days as a pasture pet, maybe giving the occasional pleasure ride for children. He is very loving and affectionate and enjoys petting and brushing. He loves to follow you around and also enjoys the company of his sheep, goat and dog friends.
He gets along with the other horses and is a very easy keeper. If you are interested in providing Ben with his forever home, please contact us at projectbuddyrescue@gmail.com

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a group of individuals, foster homes and dog trainers, dedicated to helping unwanted or otherwise discarded pets that have no hope in the shelter system. Often these dogs have medical or behavioral issues that would deem them "unadoptable" by other rescues. Our volunteers dedicate their time and homes to helping train, socialize and ready dogs for adoption.

Our Adoption Process...
An initial adoption application and home visit are required for all dogs. For foster homes no contract is required. Associated adoption fees apply unless otherwise negotiated.
