Chuck's Story...
CHUCK is a very people friendly cat. He is a year old neutered male. He would be a great outside barn cat and mouser as well.. He is not declawed. He is too active for my senior female cats and so he can no longer stay in his foster home and needs to be placed in a new home asap. Chuck was found as a stray a year ago and has spend the last year in foster care. The loves people, loves to be petted and loved on. The adoption fee is $30 with donations accepted to Act Now! Rescue. He is utd on all vaccinations, rabies, dewormed and neutered. PLeae call 6187978605 for more details. Go to www.actnowrescue.net to fill out adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chuck, a ST LOUIS Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in ST LOUIS, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in ST LOUIS.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in ST LOUIS already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a ST LOUIS breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in ST LOUIS paves the way for another one to be saved.
