BOBBER's Story...
Bobber is a lethal white Australian Shepherd Mix. Bobber is a lethal white; but he can see and hear. He has piercing blue eyes. He is very shy even though has been socialized. Bobber is a year old ( Nov 2012) , he is neutered. Bobber loves to just hang out on the couch; he is not very affectionate but does like to be petted. It does take a while to get him accustomed to being with people and new people scare him. He would make a great single person copmpanion that has a fenced yard. He doesnt liked to be walked on a leash so a fenced yard would be perfect. Bobber got his name because he does have some special needs. When he gets nervous he Bobbs his head .Bobber needs a home that is kind of quiet, loud noises scare him and someone who has patience to help him come out of his shell. He would like to have a home with another dogs about his size or smaller, would be great. He is very sweet and good nature but just needs alot of attention to be a very happy dog. He is in a foster home so please call Elise 816-898-5646 or email barkindogs1@aol.com to set up a appointment to see Bobber..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

BOBBER, a Overland Park Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
