Hi, my name is Franco and I am from Taiwan. I used to live with an amazing man, a war veteran. After he passed away I was absolutely distraught. I lost my hair and shut down. An amazing rescue in Taiwan came in and saved me. Noah's B'ark brought me to California to look for my forever home. I will need an owner with love and patience. It takes me a little while to warm up to new people. I would love to go to a home with another dog. I am very social with other animals and they can help me get used to my new owner.

Rescue Group Info...
We are a small not-for-profit all-volunteer pet rescue and adoption group, utilizing foster homes and boarding at a local animal clinic. Our director is Lila Terrell who also founded our parent organization in Los Angeles in 1997.
We rescue mainly through county shelters and other rescues and take many animals who would otherwise be euthanized. We are a "no-kill" rescue group which rescues cats and dogs, and are not breed specific.
We are always in need of volunteers to foster dogs or cats, walk dogs or help setup for Adoption at PetSmart in Rohnert Park on Saturdays or Sundays. Contact us at info@noahspets.org.
Adoptions are held every Saturday and Sunday at PetSmart in Rohnert Park, Ca. during the hours of 12-4pm. Adoptions can also be made during the week by appointment.
Adoption fees:
DOGS $240
PUPPIES $300
Step 1 Complete Adoption Application online or at Adoption Event at PetSmart on Saturdays or Sundays
Step 2 Application is reviewed
Step 3 Contact is made with the applying person if application is not made in person.
Step 4 Application is accepted or denied.
