My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Rose. I was given that name because I was rescued from a high kill animal control facility on Valentines Day along with my sister Val. We didn’t hunt so my former owner had no use for us. My foster mom says I am a very sweet, loving, friendly affectionate dog. I love playing with Val, and other foster dogs. I love toys, especially squeaky balls. Might even bring it back so you can toss it again. I also love being petted and being next to my foster Mom and Dad.
I tested negative for Heartworms-, which everyone was happy about. Now I have been de-wormed, spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. So I am ready for a great Fur-Ever home. I crate and travel well. I know my name and come when called. I am treat motivated so easily trained. I weigh 45 lbs and am about 2 years old so fully grown.
