Tux's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Tux's Story...
My name is Princess Tux, I am always dress to impress in my "Tuxedo".
Im a indoor only kitty and use my litterbox without a problem.
When Tux' s Mom died, her husband's new girlfriend convinced him to take Tux to the LA pound without telling her sister's family. When her Mom's family found out by email two days later, they rushed from Palm Springs to LA to rescue her because they knew Tux was beloved by her Mom and is a great cat. Because she is an indoor kitty, she knows how to use a litter box and is used to being alone during the day if her new owner(s) worked. Her favorite pastime is sitting by a window watching the trees, people, dogs and birds. She is a shy, dainty lady, used to being alone. She likes to snuggle and would make an loving companion to adult owner(s)"
Tux is microchipped, spayed and vaccinated
She will go home with everything you will need to care for her.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tux, a Palm desert Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Palm desert, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Palm desert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palm desert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palm desert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palm desert paves the way for another one to be saved.
