My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I'm Max. I'm an 8 month old Golden Retriever puppy -- a mix, and full of puppy love! I'm still a little shy and coming out of my shell - I'm not used to so much attention. I'm learning all about being an "indoor pup" . . . my foster family thinks I probably spent lots of my first months of life outdoors. I'm adjusting quickly to this great new life! They tell me I am as handsome as can be. . . with a beautiful white spot on my forehead and on my big puppy paws.

Since I am so young and have a lot of new things to learn, I'd probably be best with a family that has another dog -- a sister or brother for me, who can show me the ropes. You see, I'm still learning confidence and other big dog things.

I get along great with dogs and love any person who takes the time to pet me. Are you my forever family? If you think the answer could be yes, for me or any other GRFR Golden, fill out your application and a volunteer will be in touch.
