Charlie's Info...

Charlie's Story...
Charlie was surrendered to the shelter with his buddy Chloe. They were very confused and scared. Charlie took on the roll of protector while Chloe tried to hide behind him. They are a very cute set! They are both very dog friendly, good at sharing toys & food, playful and loving. They have not shown any interest in cats. Charlie has assisted our chihuahua mix in chasing squirrels but it's all a game. They don't mind letting the squirrels eat their food in exchange for some games of chase now and then.

Charlie is about a year and a half at most. He is 13 lbs. Doesn't appear to be a barker. Good in the car and okay on the leash. He is still very excited about getting out of the scary shelter alive. He is enjoying life! :)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Los Angeles Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
