Clifford Tucker's Story...
Clifford Tucker was rescued from doggy death row at a very small shelter in Cisco Tx. He is named after the animal control officer that saved his life. He is still young and needs a lot of work and training, but he is extremely sweet, and loving and eager to please. Clifford will be going on 4/9/12 to get all of his vetting done.. including heart worm test, neuter, rabies, and he will be fully vaccinated and on heartworm & flea preventative before going to his furever home. This is a super sweet, very active boy looking for a second chance. Another dog for a playmate would be great for Clifford because he has a lot of energy. He has the cutest face & look at that tongue!! He poses for the camera!!

His adoption donation is $120 to cover vet expenses and that includes a micro chip

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Clifford Tucker, a Fort Worth Springer Spaniel/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Springer Spaniel/Border Collie for sale in Fort Worth, or seeking a Springer Spaniel/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Fort Worth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Worth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Worth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Springer Spaniel/Border Collie breeders who help with Springer Spaniel/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Worth paves the way for another one to be saved.
