Gandolf's Story...
Gandolf is a 7yr old - Male - Schnauzer/Poodle Mix, he is neutered, up to date with vaccines & microchipped. He is a very sweet and calm dog. He gets along with my dogs and has no interest in chasing bunnies in the yard. He would really love to cuddle all day long. He enjoys watching other dogs run and have fun. He will join in but would prefer to sit out. He's had no accidents in the house and does not seem to run off when off his leash (in fenced in yard). I am not sure how he would do with little children since I have not had the exposure but I wouldn't have a concerns. He would do well with other dogs with low energy levels or alone, he's a sweet and gentle soul.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gandolf, a Palmyra Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Palmyra, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Palmyra.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palmyra already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palmyra breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature)/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palmyra paves the way for another one to be saved.
