Hi I’m Toby! I’m a sweet puppy who loves to be loved. I am incredibly outgoing, friendly, fun and adorable. I was rescued from death row. You see, at this shelter I got tossed into through no fault of my own, they do a weekly “clean out” and get rid of anyone there. We have a 99% of never making it out alive from that shelter unless a rescue group like A4A steps up and helps us….I am so very thankful for Advocates 4 Animals! I am approx.. 4 months old (March 2012) and I am a mix- best guess is possibly a German Shepherd mix. I’m a little tiny guy right now but being a puppy I do have some growing to do! When I first arrived at A4A in late March, I was covered in ticks from the shelter—all of the dogs had them. It was a very scary place. Gosh, I really can’t tell you how lucky I am. I am happy, healthy and ready for a wonderful loving home to call my very own now! I share my A4A volunteer foster home with adults, kids, other dogs (a puppy and adult dog) and with a cat and I do great with everyone!
I am a puppy so I do need positive reinforcement training for potty training- but I promise I will work hard to learn potty training- I am a smart guy. I will be neutered, HW tested, and vaccinated very soon. I’m in search of a loving, forever home to call my very own—I sure can’t wait to meet you! My foster family says I am as cute as a button and have the best personality!
