Misty's Story...
Hi, my name is Misty.  I am a very happy an friendly girl!  I am 100% house trained and crate trained.  I am fully vetted including shots, micro chip, vaccinations and I am spayed.

People are always bragging about how sweet and gentle natured I am.  I sit nice and quietly (just like a lady should) in the seat when I run errands with my foster mom.  I really like to show affection to the people I am around and I've never met a stranger.  I love to go for walks and I also enjoy sunbathing on the deck!  I really enjoy napping in my dog bed and have never even tried to get on the furniture.  I have already learned how to sit on command and am very eager to please in exchange for a tasty treat! I also get along great with other dogs but would be just as happy as only dog.

I can't wait to find my forever home.  If you are interested in learning more about me just email info@forrescue.net.  I am being fostered in Huntsville, AL.  I look forward to hearing from you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Misty, a Hamburg Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier for sale in Hamburg, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Hamburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hamburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hamburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier/Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hamburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
