Bluebonnet's Story...
Bluebonnet is a shy young lady who is looking for a forever home where she can finally relax and learn to trust again! She had a very rough time in a local shelter, and almost lost her life! She's been in foster care for quite awhile now, though, and is feeling much better, but really wants a home of her own with people to love and who love her. She enjoys playing with kitty toys, would love to have a companion to play with as well, and her favorite activity is sitting in the window watching the birds and the bugs. She's getting used to smaller dogs, but is still pretty scared of larger dogs. Email for more information and to set up a time to meet Miss Bluebonnet!

Texoma Pets Alive is a non-profit animal rescue and adoption organization, located in the North Texas area. We are dedicated to saving the lives of homeless pets who might otherwise be euthanized in area shelters.

We have several of our available Cats and Kittens on display at the Petco in North Arlington, located at 2733 North Collins, and we hold adoptions every Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm.
If there is a pet you see online that you would like to meet, please email us and we will do our best to arrange a meet and greet as soon as possible.

Our Adoption Process...
If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, please download our application form or fill out our online adoption form.

Our adoption fee is $100 for cats and $150 for dogs.
This fee covers the following:
Cats -
Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Aids (FIV) Test
Age appropriate vaccinations
Spay or Neutering
Deworming
Dogs -
Heartworm test
Age appropriate vaccinations
Spay/Neutering
Deworming
We are also working to get all our pets microchipped.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We serve the North Texas area. We rescue animals from the Bonham and Sherman shelters, as well as from Arlington Animal Services and other shelters in the D/FW region.
