Boomer is one of the best cats you’ll ever meet! He is 9+, but thinks he is a teenager! His personality is super easy going and his health is excellent. His long time owner is distraught over having to re-home him, but she is out of options and can no longer keep this wonderful cat5. Joanna has owned Boomer for nearly all his life. This is heart breaking to her but she will be involved in his adoption so that helps! And of course finding you- the terrific new family will really help! More about the cool cat Boomer, who was one year old when first adopted. Boomer has been an indoor/outdoor cat and is a very sweet, mellow well-adjusted lap cat. He likes to be outside most of the summer and inside most of the winter. Boomer is perfect with his litter manners and is neutered. Boomer is micro-chipped and is current on all his shots. He has not had one single illness or need to go to the vet (other than shots and snip) his entire life. He is so happy and healthy and he has been so easy. Boomer is a pretty kitty and he knows it! Just look at that face and those adorable spots! Boomer is a love , super-cuddly- but not overly ‘needy’ for attention. He loves to be with you but is fine on his own too. He will sleep at the end of your bed at night and cuddle on your lap in the living room. Boomer gets along well with others and has been raised with another cat. Joanna would like Boomer to have the freedom and the enjoyment of the outdoors. Don’t let those years fool you- Boomer has a lot of great living to do and he is ready to settle in to your family right away. He is in very temporary foster care, but ready to go now. If you choose Boomer, it will definitely be the right choice! Joanna says he adapts well to any situation, is always calm and affectionate and definitely the perfect cat!
