My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

i came from an abused situation, I am shy with strangers. I get along with other dogs and cats. I like to play and will need a quite home or another pet to give me confidence in people.. I need a quite one person home to just love on me and give me time to adjust to humans who will treat me with love and care. She came to us from a caged situation and is young at 3 years. She is very playful with the other dogs,.She would do nice in a quite mature home no kids that are too active and another dog. She also is shy of men. NO MEN please....she has learn about being petted and treats, freedom and living in a kennel. She loves car rides and walks around the block.

She plays with toys now and gets along with the cat, sleeps in a doggie bed, walks on a leash and is also crate trained. She comes for treats and to cuddle on the couch if other dogs do too....She follows commands. Our fosters are great trainers and work with them to help get them started on this outside of a pen life. Rescue dogs are so thankful and they show it, as they have been to the worst and now they see the best when they are adopted and loved and cherished.

Snowy has a docked tail, and cropped cute pointed ears. She is white in color. She is small for her age, schnauzers need groomed every six weeks, and she has been shaved down. She will have a cute beard, leggins on each leg and doesn't shed.

Snowy's adoption fee is $250 and included all the vetting below and neutered/spay. Plus a dental cleaning. Snowy is being fostered by Donna and her family in Warren, Ohio area. She is not afraid of handicapped medical equipment... About 3 years young and 14 lbs almost a toy schnauzer.. She has had a dental and is good for several years. Snowy Is MICROCHIPPED and it is prepaid to register.

Most of our dogs need a sibling furkid, someone to play with and interact with and continue to learn being a pet after adopted. Some are independent and can be an only dog. Not all need a fenced in yard, but if you don't have a fenced in yard, we ask you to purchase an exercise pen so that the dog can be safe when outside and small dogs can not be tie out dogs. This pet needs
Not all our dogs are totally house trained at the time of adoption. We crate train them and some potty pad train them and work on potty skills. When your application is approved, you will speak with the foster Mom for more information and you can check then at what point each foster dog is at. Dogs learn quickly and most are pretty far along or trained by the time of adoption.

She has been examined by our vet, had a 5/1 annual shot, a rabies shot and tag dewormed, heart worm tested and passed. Spayed or Neutered before adoption. Our rescues are on flea/tick and heartworm monthly preventatives in season. We also do a dental if our vet deems it necessary which is included in our adoption fee.

Our adoption fee covers all vetting expenses and sometimes a small donation to cover the dogs food and care, toys medicines and supplies while in foster care.

We send your new dog home with a copy of all vet paperwork, adoption papers, a small bag of the dog food they have been on and information on taking care of the dog. Also a health folder for your vet and notes from our foster mom on their schedule, habits and socialization skills.

We do adopt our rescue dogs to adjourning states and some others within driving distance of the foster family. We DO NOT SHIP OUR DOGS--the adoptive parents must meet the dog at the foster mother’s home. This will give the adoptive family a chance to meet the dog before they adopt it. Our dogs are fostered in NE Ohio and surrounding area in private homes we are not a SHELTER! You must apply and make an appointment to meet with the foster family and at their home location above in the description. Before you apply, please be sure you can come within 2 weeks after your application is approved to adopt your rescue dog.
