Taffy's Story...
I am a very shy loving female 5 year old yellow labrador/shep mix. weighng 60 pounds. Would do well in a quiet home, but love other dogs. Extremly sweet and affectionate once I know you.
My foster mom says Taffy's "cute" thing is
being able to catch food in mid-air -- boy, does she have quick reflexes there! What's great about Taffy is, though she is timid, she's very approachable nevertheless, whether it's an adult or a child )She loves to be be petted and will push hand under her nose so you will stroke her. She HARDLY barks; and even then, only when someone gets close to front door
Spayed with all shots. Call Linda at 917 319 4304 . Completely Housetrained,

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taffy, a Long Beach Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
