I am a handsome Siamese Cinnamon Tabby point (mix) male neutered kitten who was born around March 28, 2011. I am active, playful and cuddly. I am neutered, up-to-date on my vaccines, wormed and litter box trained. I am negative for FIV/HW and positive for feline leukemia (FeLv). I tested positive for feline leukemia although I have been very healthy with no signs. If you are looking for a kitten where you already have a leukemia positive cat in your home, I am the kitten for you. My foster mommy has me on natural pet immune supporter to help build up my immune system and give me the best start. This is not necessarily a death sentence with TLC and proper diet, I can live many years. I am very loving and adore attention. I love sitting at the window whatching the birds and squirrels. I would really love a family to share all the love I have to offer. If you think you are that very special family who has room in their heart for a very special guy, contact WCR about adopting me today. Visit catvets.com for more info on the virus.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Spotsylvania Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Spotsylvania, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Spotsylvania.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Spotsylvania already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Spotsylvania breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Spotsylvania paves the way for another one to be saved.
