Here's what the humans have to say about me:
WTG RAGZ...ADOPTED!
UPDATE: March 25th, 2012. Ragz's adoption has fallen through. We discovered over the past few weeks that Ragz is better suited to an adult family or at least with kids over 12. Ragz wants to "play" but the border collie in him takes over and he wants to herd the boys he has been living with. Ragz can also be vocal when left alone so no condos or apartments for Ragz until he is retrained.
Ragz is a GREAT dog about 4.5 mths old. He is 90% house-trained but will need reminders to get busy so a home where someone is around periodically through the day is best. If you submitted an application (and still searching for a K9 companion) and would like to be considered for his adoption please email us ASAP.
FEB 10TH, 2012. RAGS HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING! WE WILL KNOW FOR SURE IF HE IS ADOPTED BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK. PLEASE CHECK BACK THEN ON HIS ADOPTION STATUS.
A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT APPLIED FOR RAGS!
WHAT AN AWESOME BOY RAGS IS!!! Rags loves to lie on your lap and gives the best snuggles. He played with several cats today and was curious but respectful. Rags' house-training is coming along nicely too.
RAGS is a sweet, 10 week old Corgi/Border Collie/lab cross. RAGS came to us from a rescue in Terrace where he was left outside to freeze 24/7. We expect RAGS to reach 35 to 40 lbs when full-grown.
RAGS needs a home with a secure yard with someone home part of the day to help with his house-training. RAG'S adoption includes his first 2 vaccine boosters, deworming, neuter and tattoo. If you are interested in adopting RAGS please download our adoption questionnaire, fill it out and email it to crossourpaws@yahoo.ca.
