Sandy's Story...
I am in prison learning all my basic obedience from the women offenders in the Lockhart Prison.

I am being potty/crate trained, learning to sit, down, stay and some tricks too!

Won't you let me parole to your home and I will be so grateful.

All dogs are from rural area shelters and brought into the prison where they live with the female inmates 24/7 and are taught all their basic obedience!

About Our Rescue Group...
We are a prison located in Lockhart TX. We rescue dogs from rural area shelters and take them into the prison for training on basic obedience. They are also potty trained and crate trained. Training is done by inmate trainers. A professional trainer comes to the prison weekly to train the inmates to train the dogs. Dogs live at the prison for 2-3 months, in the cells with the inmates, while they are being trained.

All dogs are up to date on their shots, heartworm negative and on preventative, spayed/neutered, microchipped and trained for basic obedience.
