Rosie was not in the best condition when we rescued her. She was pretty matted and someone had recently dyed her fur pink - hence her name. We weren't completely sure of what breed she was until we shaved her down and revealed a Lhasa gal underneath her mats. Now her fur is growing back a natural cream color. She feels so much better and looks a ton better too.
Sweetheart is a common word heard in Rosie's presence. She is such a sweet, gentle, unobtrusive little gal. She loves people and is happy to sit in your lap if you let her. Walking is another favorite activity for our precious girl. While Rosie is a "girly girl" she's not opposed to running around the yard with fellow canine friends. Although she's prone to pause for some sunbathing! :)
Rosie would do well in a quiet household where she can have daily walks and plenty of lap time. Hanging out with you while you garden would also be in her wheelhouse too. She'll need to be brushed regularly so she doesn't get matted and I'm sure she wouldn't be adverse to some pink bows in her hair too.
