Chism's Story...
For those of you that are fond of Rottweilers, take a look at this guy! It is hard to believe but this big boy was wandering around unattended. He seems friendly to staff and walks reasonably well on a leash. He would do best as the only pet in the household. Chism knows how to sit and "drop it". We wish we knew more about this guy but once again we just don’t have any history on strays.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chism, a Somerset Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in Somerset, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in Somerset.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Somerset already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Somerset breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Somerset paves the way for another one to be saved.
