Please know that all of our dogs are fostered in Tennessee and Alabama .If you do not live in TN or AL, this dog is not currently located in your area. Our dogs are listed in your area because our adoption fee includes USDA certified transport to the location or nearby. Our orphans come with all required vetting, microchip, and health certificate by a licensed veterinarian. We are a non profit organization and donations are considered charitable contributions on your income taxes. Meet Momma Mia!
Mia is a very sweet, young adult,who loves being outside, getting lovin' and saying "hello" to passers by on the street. We call her "Momma Mia" because she recently had a litter of puppies... She is spayed now though and her puppies have found homes. We are unsure of Mia's breed mix, but she does jump and spin like a border collie. She does not have tail.
Mia enjoys the companionship of other dogs and is playful . She is energetic and would do well with a lively family or a young couple that enjoys hiking or outdoor activities. She is responsive to you when called, even though initially she is timid and shy. She is housebroken but does piddle when she is excited or nervous.. She doesn't seem to be startled by loud noises or bad weather. Mia is a timid, gentle soul..Just a really nice, classic, good family dog.
