RAVEN's Story...
Four female puppies are looking for a loving home. They are stray puppies that were found yesterday starving and living outside in the cold. They lived in an isolated area in Northern Alberta. We do not know what breed the puppies are (all dogs on the reserve are mixed breeds) but we do think they are husky cross. Most dogs here are medium sized. These puppies are about 4 -6 weeks old. Please help us find them a home they deserve, they have already survived so much..These puppies will be in Edmonton tonight..thank YOU Inge Nielsen..in a fosterhome until they are flying out to us..Chyenne, Naooska, and Raven are still looking for a home, we are accepting applications for their adoption, but they are not ready to go to their new homes for another couple of weeks..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

RAVEN, a Chilliwack Husky/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Labrador Retriever for sale in Chilliwack, or seeking a Husky/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Chilliwack.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chilliwack already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chilliwack breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Husky/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chilliwack paves the way for another one to be saved.
