Brewer's Story...
Spring is in the air and it is a wonderful time to adopt a new best friend! I hope you will consider me. My name is Brewer and I am a 5 year old Lab weighing about 60 pounds. Someone decided that they no longer wanted me and left me at the kennel where I was being cared for temporarily. So, now I am looking for a home that will love and value me for always. I would describe myself as a happy guy who likes to play. I would do best in a home that offers lots of activity because I like to be engaged both physically and mentally. If you have other dogs, kids and even cats that is great because I like all of them! In addition to being social and active, I am also smart and catch onto new tasks easily. All of my vaccinations are up to date, I am neutered and ready to go! Brewer is located in Lancaster, PA. Please contact Janell at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brewer, a Owingsville Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever for sale in Owingsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Owingsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owingsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owingsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owingsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
