My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Louie is a handsome little man who came to us from a county animal control facility. He is a fun-loving boy and barks to be let outside to go potty. He was found wearing both a collar and a flea collar so he must have been somebody's pet but no one ever showed up to claim him. Louie knows all about beds and toys and appears to have been very well cared for.

Louie was quite scared when he was first in the shelter and did snarl a bit when first approached. He did not nip but did show his teeth. All of this behavior stopped as soon as he felt comfortable and Louie became very sweet, loving and playful and sought attention from both people he had already met and from strangers with absolutely no sign of fear. But due to his initial reaction we think he would be best suited in a home without young children.
