Prissy's Story...
Hi! My name is Prissy cause I am all things pink and girly! My foster
mom says I am the best dog ever and she would keep me if she could. I
am a small black lab mix with medium energy and good manners. I walk
great on a leash and I am housetrained. I get along great with
everyone and my foster mom thinks I would be find to be left alone
while my people are at work. She has tested me in her room and I
didnt touch a thing! She is teaching me to not jump up and I am
getting the hang of it. She says as far as labs go I am the perfect
lab! If you are looking for a great lab with good behavior than look
no further! I am right here waiting for you! Just email
info@forrescue.net for an application!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prissy, a Norwich Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Norwich, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Norwich.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwich already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwich breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwich paves the way for another one to be saved.
