Jackson's Story...
A friend is someone who reaches for your hand but touches your heart.
-Anonymous
Friends have a way of speaking without words and if we had to guess, we would say that Jackson needs a friend. Jackson is a 6 year old black and tan male who was the baby of the family until a child came along. He was jealous of the baby and became protective of his mom and dad so they tearfully made the decision to find Jackson another home. This handsome, house trained guy is very sad and would like a home with no small children.

About Our Rescue Group...
Cocker Spaniel Rescue of Houston started out 20 years ago with only two volunteers and is up to approximately 40 volunteers in the Houston area alone. We have established chapters in both Dallas/Ft Worth and Austin/San Antonio and are working together to place hundreds of homeless cocker spaniels each year. Because many of these dogs come in with serious injuries or in need of expensive surgeries, donations are always needed to cover those expenses. And because of the number of dogs that are continuously coming into our program, we are always in need of foster homes.
