My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Snowman is a beautiful white mini schn. He whoo whoo, loves attention, is doing good on house training. Loves kids and gets along with cats and dogs of all sizes. He is discovering toys and very playful. He came from a breeder release and is one lucky fellow, now he will have a loving home and be the pet he was meant to be.

Most of our rescues lived with another pet and would like a playmate. He weighs 18 lbs and is white in color and 7 years young very active and playful. Has cropped ears and docked tail. snowman is being fostered by Amanda and family in Canton OH area. Snowman 's adoption fee is $250 and it includes a written veterinary exam, Neuter, Dental with some extractions and medicines after surgery. In addition you receive prepaid Microchip registeration. PLUS an annual booster shot, rabies shot and tag, heartworm test and passed, fecal and preventative deworming. One month flea/tick and heartworm preventative. You also receive a trial limited 30 day pet insurance from a third party.

We send you home with a copy of all the vet work, dog training booklet, Adopted Dog Training CD, adoption paperwork and tips. Our Foster families notes explaining our rescue dogs schedule, habits, socialization skills.

We do not ship or transport our dogs you must drive to the foster home to meet the dog. You must fill out our on line application to schedule a meet and great with the foster dog. We do not require a fenced yard on all of our dogs, it is on a as needed basis. HOWEVER if you don't have a fenced yard we do require you to purchase an exercise pen (>$60 on internet) so that the dog can be safe when outside; SMALL DOGS CAN NOT BE TIED OUT. .

Not all our dogs are totally house trained at the time of adoption. We crate train them, potty pad train them and use exercise pens and work on potty skills. Dogs learn quickly and are pretty far along.

We are not a shelter our dogs are fostered in private homes. Please complete our application here click here for our on line application. Please visit our web site for more information about our policies, our 8 years experience and our all-volunteer, non-profit rescue group. http://www.ronsrescuedrascals.org
