My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Remy is around 6yrs old, male black lab. He is heart-worm positive and beginning treatment for that. He's totally house-trained, quickly learned to use a dog door, and we're working on the crate for short periods of time. He enjoys our young children (doesn't jump on them), is calm around our senior lab, and totally ignores the cat (and the cat appreciates that!). He does REALLY well on a leash. My 6yr old managed him without any problems. He LOVES to play ball and will even tote two around in his mouth sometimes if he finds his spare. We let him swim and he came when called and loved frolicking in the water. He had a fantastic little field trip! He is such a funny boy! Inside, he's a lazy dog; energy level is around a 3. He sleeps next to our bed at night and really likes to be close to his people, like a typical lab. He also thinks it's a special treat to drink cold water straight from the hose!
