My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Karma is a dashing male 2 year old black and white traditionally maked purebred rough coated Border Collie. Karma is quite the catch, as he has all of the beautiful traits and temperament of this breed. They don't come any better looking than this boy.

Karma has quickly made himself at home in his foster household. He is very much a loverboy and tends to stay close by his people. He appears to be well socialized, as he enjoys the company of other dogs, both males and females. He appears to be a lower level male, and has made no attempts to fight for pack order.

Karma knows some basic obedience and walks very well on the leash. Eager to please, Karma should be very easy to train and he will thrive with that one-on-one attention. Karma has not been evaluated with cats, so at this time, we do not know what his prey drive is with small animals. Karma is crate trained

Typical of his breed, Karma is energetic and needs a job to do, as he is a busy fellow who is very toy oriented. You can play with him endlessly, but he will also self entertain. Karma might be a good prospect as a sports dog. His energy level is medium to medium high and he requires a household that is active. Karma would make a great running or hiking partner.

Karma would enjoy being a house dog, and seems to have nice manners. He is very loving and sweet and likes hanging out with his people. He listens well, is obedient, and will be a cinch to train. Karma epitomizes what BC fans love about this breed…handsome, smart, obedient, and athletic. Karma would be best suited to a home with previous Border Collie experience or a home that is VERY herding dog savvy.
