Little Boy's Story...
This is a courtesy post.

My name is Little Boy (or LB). I am a 7 year old neutered male. My shots were updated in March 2012, and I am heartworm negative.
My owner loved me, but had to move and could not take me or my elderly companion, Lulu. (Who is also available to adopt.)
I am overweight. But still active and alert.
My foster friend says I am a sweet, friendly, good-natured dog, and very easy going. AndI get along very well with her 45 pound hound dog, and her two cats.
I am a happy easy going guy, and do not act aggressive. And I bark very little.
I like going on short walks, even in the backyard, and I don’t pull on my leash. I am a very gentle, inquisitive walker. I even kept walking towards the nice lady as she was taking my photo!
I am just looking for a good forever home who will love me, so I can love them back!
If you would like to adopt Little Boy, please contact Barbara at dpintrader@yahoo.com

Rescue Group Info...

About Our Rescue Group...
A small group of family and friends dedicated to saving the lives of pets. Our name represents the FAITH that we have in our rescued pets, the HOPE they have that one day they will find their forever home, and the unconditional LOVE that they give.

Three things will last forever--faith, hope, and love--and the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13

We believe that there isn't a price that compares to the unconditional love a pet could give. Even though we would love for every family to have a pet, we do need to charge a miminal fee to help cover a little of our costs. We do work with families that would love to have a pet but need a little bit of help to get them started.

We are a 501(c)3 rescue. We rescue most of our pets through county shelters, however we welcome all individual rescues and will be happy to list them as a courtesy post! We are in need of Foster Homes! If you would like to open your home and heart to one of our rescued pets by fostering, please let us know!

We would like to thank the staff at the Michigan Street Animal Hospital, the Kindred Spirits Animal Hospital, our Petco Partner on the corner of Bumby and Colonial, ELF Pet Products for their generous donation of keeping our dogs fed with high quality food, and the Petco Foundation for their compassion and generosity.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Little Boy, a Orlando Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
