Winston-URGENT's Story...
Winston is a red tick coonhound. Winston came to shelter as a stray so we do not know any past shot history. Winston is very shy. He loves you oncehe realizes you are not going to beat him. Winston is a sweet hound dog. He is friendly and very well mannered. He does not sit and walk ok on a leash. Because Winston is a coonhound he will have a hard time getting adopted from the shelter. Coonhounds and Beagles are the hardest for us to adopt out. So if you would like to adopt Winston his adoption fee is $30.00 which includes the 2007 license. Our shelter is getting full so please call or email asap. If no one answers the phone please leave a message. We will return your call.

Act quickly to adopt Winston-URGENT. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winston-URGENT, a Tiffin Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Coonhound for sale in Tiffin, or seeking a Coonhound dog from a breeder in Tiffin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tiffin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tiffin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Coonhound breeders who help with Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tiffin paves the way for another one to be saved.
