This is Sissy she's a 12-14wk old rat terrier/chi mix. She was left along with her siblings to fend for themselves. The neighbors felt sorry for them and fed the puppies. She is always wagging her tail, it never stops. She is always happy to see you. She is very sweet and hasn't met anyone she doesn't like. She is so smart that she is working on how to sit... with treats of course. She is current on shots. Sissy will probably be a small dog.
