Gromit (ME)'s Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Gromit (ME)'s Story...
My name is Gromit and I'm a 13 lb, 4 year old
hairless Chinese Crested. I am a
happy-go-lucky kind of pup and love my new
life. I love playing with toys, going for walks
and cuddling with my people. My ideal home
would be in an active adult home where I can
go on walks and play fetch. I would love to
be where someone is home with me most of
the time. I get along with other dogs and cats
but love human companionship the most. I
get a little sad when left alone and tend to
cry, so living in a home, not a condo or
apartment, would be best. I love to sleep on
the bed and dive under the blankets. I am
housebroken if kept on a schedule. Now that
I have been to the vet, I am now ready to start
my new life with my forever family.
(Gromit is being fostered in ME

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gromit (ME), a Gilford Chinese Crested dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chinese Crested for sale in Gilford, or seeking a Chinese Crested dog from a breeder in Gilford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chinese Crested breeders who help with Chinese Crested rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilford paves the way for another one to be saved.
