(Born July 2011, 4.5 lbs.) Lilac is one of those special Satin rabbits we love so much - their fur color is simply amazing, a smooth blend of tan and gray fur. In the sunlight their fur takes on a purplish hue which is very striking. Lilac has not received a lot of socialization from her previous owners and is still learning to trust people. She is somewhat cage protective, and would do much better living in an exercise pen situation. She is basically a happy, loving little girl but just needs a little patience to allow her inner lovebug to come out. If you're willing to invest a little time in her, you will be rewarded with a loving and gorgeous little girl.

Shelter Info...
Brambley Hedge Rabbit Rescue, Inc., has been caring for abused, abandoned and unwanted domestic rabbits since 1986. We are a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3), all-volunteer domestic rabbit rescue organization and no-kill shelter, housing more than 100 rabbits at any time. Over the past twenty-three years we have placed over 2500 rabbits with caring, adoptive parents. We work together with county agencies to check on abuse situations and act as expert witnesses for trials. We offer humane traps to the general public to capture stray rabbits. We only accept rabbits from other rescue agencies and work hand in hand with the Arizona Humane Society. We also partner with the Southern Arizona Rabbit Rescue (Tucson) and the local wild rabbit rescue (AZ Fish & Game licensed).
