Gretchen's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Gretchen's Story...
8 puppies available for adoption: Kino, Austin, Fozzie, Gus, Ranger, Gretchen, Blossom and Cookie.

Gretchen is our explorer. Kind of the Indiana Jones of the litter. She is always off on adventures. Loves to bring back treasures. They might look like sticks and leaves to you, but to her, they are treasure! She is very smart, plays well by herself or with other dogs. She and Fozzie are always the ones I have to go looking for because they are off doing their own thing. She does look like her mom, a German Shepherd, but her ears kind of fold over to the front. Quite attractive!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gretchen, a Tucson German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Tucson, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Tucson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tucson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tucson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tucson paves the way for another one to be saved.
