My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jake! He is a very friendly, very "puppyish" pure bred golden retriever who was surrendered to us from a breeder. Jake is about 1 year old, GORGEOUS and just wants to play and occasionally takes out time for a good snuggle - he think he is a lap dog. Jake is also highly intelligent, very energetic and needs a family that will keep him busy. He is working with a trainer right now on his "golden" manners and is doing extremely well. He is already house trained but does not seem to care much for the crate. Jake seems to do good with other dogs, not so sure about cats and would need a family with older children because his excitement might knock down the little ones. He is also very healthy! Oh and did we mention he LOVES, LOOVEES to play with other dogs so having another playful energetic dog in the house would be best for Jake!
