Furry Kids' Refuge needs BLEACH and LYSOL type cleaners (NO PINE Scented, please).  If you have any to spare you can drop them off at our weekly adoption events held at the Lee's Summit Petco every Saturday from Noon to 4pm.  Or call 816-277-8284 to arrange for a pick-up of large donations.  Thank you!

Hi!  I'm Chuck!  I'm a Lab mix kind of guy who still has lots of 'play' left in me!  Furry Kids rescued me and my brother Nate when we were just little puppies.  Both Nate and I were adopted last year to the same family, so we got to stay together ...that was cool!  I thought we were really lucky to have found a forever home together...but sadly, it wasn't meant to be :-(  My family brought us both back to Furry Kids because we chase the horses and cats!!  Me and Nate don't get it, what's the big deal??  We're dogs!  We chase things!   Anyway, Furry Kids loves us just the way we are and they are going to take care of us until we can find a new home. We both get along with other dogs and we like kids, too!  So, there's gotta be good home out there for us, don't you think??
