NUTTER 19 lbs's Story...
Nutter is a sweet boy! He arrived on April 21st. He is 7 months old and weighs only 19 and 1/2 pounds. Nutter is an adorable little dog. He is white with wirery hair and a light tan on his ears. Nutter can be a little timid at first but you can tell he just wants to be loved. However, he is coming out of his shell very quickly. Nutter absolutely loves other dogs and cats and all he wants to do is run around and play with them. He also enjoys spending time outside laying in the grass and enjoying the great weather. He was so excited to get his new toys and carry them around everywhere him. He is just looking to be loved and is so happy that he finally found it. UPDATE: Nutter is doing fabulous! He is such a happy little guy and always follows you around. He loves to play with everyone and comes when he is called. Nutter sleeps through the night in OR out of his crate without a peep. He loves running around the backyard with the others dogs and visiting with the neighbors twins. He is an absolute joy to have around with our without other dogs. He is housebroken! This animal is currently fostered in a private home. Our rescue is 100% foster home based. We do not have a shelter or kennel. They are cared for by a loving family until adopted. Each pup has had their first vet exam, a shot, and de-worming, etc We make sure they have no fleas prior to going into our foster homes. They are fostered out of the shelter at least two weeks or more prior to adopting to monitor health. We take their care seriously!

Please note that the adoption appointments will be scheduled for Sunday May 6th. We will be in Franklin Lakes that day. After your application is approved, we will contact you and arrange for you to meet on that date. Once adopted, feel free to change the dog's name. You do not have to keep the name listed in this post.

#####PLEASE BE SURE YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE OR IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. PLEASE BE SURE TO LIST THE NAME AND NUMBER OF THE VET'S OFFICE THAT CARED FOR YOUR PRIOR OR CURRENT PET. #####

Why Adoption is a Great Option

NUTTER 19 lbs, a West Milford Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in West Milford, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in West Milford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Milford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Milford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Milford paves the way for another one to be saved.
