My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Fern, a 4-5 year Corgi/Border Collie. She's Corgi-sized, spayed, and trained (!). She's friendly with other dogs (untested with cats, though with her sweet nature, I doubt they would be a problem) and warms to people quickly. She is spayed, house and crate trained and loves going for car rides and walks. She's also a fan of lounging in the yard, chasing the sprinkler, and playing tug-of-war with her stuffed toys. She's a gentle, sensitive girl who is very loyal to her people (and she'll always alert you to any visitors).
She's recovering from her neglect and exposure-related injuries nicely, but has been diagnosed with an auto-immune skin disorder. All this means is that she will required (very INexpensive) medication for the rest of her life and that she should be careful about spending long hours in the sun. She would make a great addition to any home (though preferably a quiet one)!!!
