Chuco's Story...
Chuco is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Chuco is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information on Chuco, please contact MaryAnn at lagana.maryann@gmail.com or 323.388.6541. Video: http://youtu.be/RbX_TjRo5T8. Chuco is a four year old Boxer/Bulldog-mix who is funny, sweet, playful and loving. He desperately needs a foster or home to love him. This special boy has a mushy face [the better to kiss you] and a big heart. He is happy just curling up next to you watching soap operas -- although he might sneak the remote to watch Animal Planet if you don't watch him. Chuco loves to play but is on the mellow side.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chuco, a Santa Monica Boxer/English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer/English Bulldog for sale in Santa Monica, or seeking a Boxer/English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Santa Monica.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Santa Monica already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Santa Monica breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer/English Bulldog breeders who help with Boxer/English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Santa Monica paves the way for another one to be saved.
