(ID #60) Hi, my name is Boomer.
My previous owners brought me to the shelter because they felt I was just a bit too much to handle. I am an energetic dog that can get bored without enough exercise. When I get real bored I have a tendency to try and "play" with stuff around the house that I really shouldn't touch. At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love me. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me??
I am a young lady, a little over one year old and I weigh around 45 pounds. I have already been spayed, given my basic shots, microchipped, and I am heartworm negative.
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. They are also providing a certificate for a free training course held at the shelter.
You can contact my friend, Kathie by email by clicking here for more information on how I can become part of your family.
See you soon, BOOMER.
