Tinkerbell's Story...
Well, you really shouldn’t use words like Gorgeous or Beautiful when describing a boy, right? But what the heck, Tinkerbell is definitely BEAUTIFUL and most certainly GORGEOUS! He is about 5 years old and has the most luxurious white fur topped with velvety soft caramel colored ears. And that tail is to die for. It is a curly plume of long white feathers falling gracefully over his back. If one were to describe Tinkerbell as a dessert, he’d be a rich Caramel Sundae topped with tons of whipped cream!

Come meet Tinkerbell in person and see him for yourself at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Tinkerbell’s adoption fee is $85 which includes neuter surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Tinkerbell is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinkerbell, a Inman Spitz (Unknown Type, Large)/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spitz (Unknown Type, Large)/Border Collie for sale in Inman, or seeking a Spitz (Unknown Type, Large)/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Inman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spitz (Unknown Type, Large)/Border Collie breeders who help with Spitz (Unknown Type, Large)/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inman paves the way for another one to be saved.
