Hi, I'm Artemis! Yes, I know that Artemis is actually a Greek goddess and not really a boy's name, but before I could tell the shelter folks that, they had already named me. I prefer to go by Artie now and I'm a big hunk of doggie love! I prefer a home with no younger children because I am a bit afraid of them. But, do you enjoy walking, hiking and playing in the water? Yes? Me too!! Then I'm the dog for you!; just check out my video to see how much fun I can bring into your life. I am housebroken and want nothing more than to please you. I'm very friendly, bond strongly and am a big lover in need of a new furever home. Please come meet me in person so I can show you!
Rescue Group Info...
Friends for Life Animal Rescue is a registered nonprofit, volunteer-based, no-kill organization. Started in 1993 Friends for Life maintains an adoption center for it's rescued animals, a low-cost spay and neuter program (grant-funded), and a network of foster homes. Friends for Life also attends off-site locations to adopt the homeless cats and dogs and the organization is always looking for help. Friends for Life does not have a veterinarian on site or on staff. We utilize discounted services of veterinarians kind enough to do so for our rescued animals.
