My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley is a very sweet spirited and patient 9 year old German-Shepherd (mix) family dog who is the victim of abandonment due to the foreclosure crisis. Harley is between 70 - 80 pounds. Harley is accustomed to living inside with doggie doors so he can come in and out at his leisure. He has excellent house manners. He stays off furniture and lies on his pillow. Harley's loves include: attention, being loved, having his belly rubbed, playing catch with his tennis ball, going on walks, playing tug-o-war and cooling off in the pool. He is a very happy dog always wagging his tail. Harley has love to share with a great family who will adopt him, provide for him and love him. He gets along well with other animals. He also plays well with a very energetic 1½ year old puppy as shown in the YouTube video linked below. He needs a loving family who understands he's a little slower than he used to be.

Harley has been seen by the vet and is current on his shots. He is also micro chipped and is neutered. He's been groomed and is ready to join a loving family.
