Spanky is an adorable 1.5 year old pup that loves people and dogs. He was found abandoned on a rural southern Arizona back highway, scrounging for food. He sat on a mound of dirt looking pitifully as a rescuer saved him from a certain death by cars speeding by... He has now gained needed weight and been fully veted and microchipped. This social little guy is very affectionate and loves to curl up in your lap as you watch TV!
