My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello my name is Clairabell, and here is my story.
I lived in a neighborhood, free as a bird, then one day poof I had kittens, I was a new mom so I moved me and the kits into a nice lady's garage, where she fed me and the rest of the cats in the hood.
The nice lady called Altered Feral State to come out and do a TNR on the feral cats she was feeding and told them about me and my kit's, so AFS took us in. They let me raise my babies and I decided that I really liked the kittypet life, being pampered and loved on is really cool. I just can't seem to get enough of that loven, so AFS asked me if I would like to give all my love to a special person or family, YES I said, no more running for me I want a pampered life.
So here I am ready for my special someone to adopt me and continue pampering and loving me, will that someone be you?


You can visit me 7 days a week at PetSmart in Bethlehem, Georgia.
We are over in the cat section of the store, just look for me in my pretty hammack.

At Altered Feral State, we work with feral cat colonies. All of our kittens were removed from the colonies and completely socialized when they are less than 8 weeks old. We don't offer them for adoption until they have been tested, vaccinated and spayed or neutered.

Our adoption fee of $75 only covers a very small portion of our costs, but to us, it's all about finding the best home for these wonderful kitties.
