ADOPTION PROCESS
Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application. Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check. 2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix area, as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

Tatum was found wandering the streets in Phoenix, he was scared, skinny and starving. Luckily we had food with us and was able to get him in to our vehicle. Tatum is one of the gentlest dogs I have ever met, he is a little timid and would need to go to a home where he will be given the attention, love that he deserves. Tatum gets along with all of our dogs in rescue but would be fine if he was the only dog. Tatum doesn't have an ounce of aggressiveness in his body, he is more on the shy side and doesn't like any type of confrontation. $195.00 puppies, adoption fee varies for our adult dogs. Potential adopters need to fill out our adoption consultation form and if they qualify, we will arrange a meet/greet then a home check. All of our dogs are S/N, vaccinated/micro-chipped
