Tom Cat is an adult, male, Domestic Short Hair, orange Tabby.
Hi! My name is Tom Cat. I think I must have lived with some people before, because I think people are just great. I am very friendly and loving. But my people left, and here I am on my own. These very nice people started helping me out back in the winter when it was so so cold. I would really like to be their cat, but there are already two cats in the house. We have fierce battles through the glass. I think that is the other cats way of telling me to go away. So I am looking for a new home again. Won't you give me one?

Rescue Group Info...
Founded in 1998, Cat’s Cradle seeks to end euthanasia of healthy adoptable cats and dogs in Shenandoah Valley through aggressive spay/neuter of owned animals and TNR (trap/neuter/release) of feral cats.
We also have a network of foster parents and an active adoption program for cats. In 2009 we opened an adoption center in Harrisonburg. We do not euthanize for space.
Please visit our website at: www.catscradleva.org for more information.
We show our cats at PetSmart in Springfield, VA on most 1st and 3rd Saturdays, at the PetSmart in Harrisonburg, VA on some Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons, and at the Petsmart in Waynesboro on Saturdays. We also show cats at our adoption center at 124 S Main St. in Harrisonburg 11-6 M-F, and 11-5 Sat and 11-4 Sunday.
Please visit our website: www.catscradleva.org for other adoption events and hours for showings or call the adoption center at 540-433-1135.
Please see our website: www.catscradleva.org for a copy of our adoption application and adoption contract. Adoption fees vary, but generally run around $135.
All our cats are spayed or neutered before adoption, and fully vetted. We have an adoption center in Harrisonburg, but we also make extensive use of foster homes until adoption.
We generally prefer indoor only homes, and our contract specifies that the cat(s) will not be de-clawed.
We have some cats that cannot be adopted into an indoor situation. For these, we seek safe barn or out-building locations.
