My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Chili. Harley and I came from the same home. I'm a 3-year-old chestnut colored Chihuahua (born ~5/1/10), and I weigh 12.8 pounds.

We were surrendered to Carolyn, one of the foster homes for Happy Tails. Carolyn is a teacher, and one of her student's girlfriend owned Harley and me. Her family's home was foreclosed on, and they had to move into housing for the homeless. They have since moved into an apartment, but they were only allowed to have one pet, so that's why Harley and I are in rescue. Carolyn tried to get our vet records, but our former owners say they are in the process of unpacking and have not found the papers.

We are happy dogs and get along well with dogs, cats, people of all ages and especially children. Please pick me to be your new BEST FRIEND.
